2nd tv aerial point?

I live in a new build apartment. The tv aeriel point in the lounge works but the one in the bedroom does not. Can I have advice on how to get the second one working please?

you could run a new cable from the working one to the bed room, useing a splitter, but i dont know your set up, but then you will have a problem with the new cable run, hidding it, can you follow the none working tv point back to the other end and see the problem, i would try use a tv splitter from the working one and drill through the wall, and put a new tv box on the bedroom wall, if the distance is short,

remove both wall plates and make sure the co-ax is connected correctly and that no strands of copper wire are touching the centre core or its clamp,if in doubt try youtube [how to connect a co-ax wall plate]
