how can I fix?

my amish heater kicks the breaker box when on high we have replaced blower heat elm.please help I love the heater

I take it by the term "kicks the breaker" you mean it trips it, Is the circuit breaker faulty? try swopping it with one of the others of the same rating from elsewhere in the fuseboard
