Panasonic nv-sd400 VCR I have a tape stuck in the VCR that will not eject. I have downloaded the manual with no clues I have a F03 message on display.. I am looking for a reset button perhaps to fix the situation. I have tried turning it off and on and pressing the eject button and the power button together
