our Thomson box has suddenly stopped working have unplugged it and taken out the card a number of times but nothing. would like a telephone number so that I am able to speak to some one regarding the faulty box as I am paying monthly for the top up and not able to watch any thing

Top Up TV terminated broadcasting their subscriber top-up service on 1st November 2013.

Top up tv boxes can still be used to receive and record free to air terrestrial broadcasts. However to do this easily, some people have advised that the 'card' needs to be taken out.

Please check that you really are being charged monthly.
Any one with a top-up-tv subscription should have received advertising about 'sky' 'special' offers.
