power to the spur dowmstairs keeps blowing the 3 amp fuse no clock or power to boiler in the kitchen has the pump in the loft seized up

If it blows immediately on power up the pump is likely to be faulty,if it blows after a delay it could have seized,to check remove the large silver screw at the back of pump [a small amount of water will come out ] and insert a screw driver into the end of the shaft and twist to see if is free
