Fabric conditioner does not drain in Bosch Classixx 1200 Express washing m? After a wash I have noticed that the fabric conditioner is still in the drawer I try removing the drawer and cleaning but no effect please advise?

If you have removed the drawer and cleaned the syphon tube at the end of the softener compartment then the most likely fault is the holes in the soap box roof are blocked , usually a black deposit. Try cleaning the roof area and clean out the 4 square holes in the front of centre compartment of roof with a cable tie. If this does not work you have to replace the soap box lid.
