Polti Vaporetto2400?

My steam cleaner is not getting up to the right temperature, i.e. the red area on the dial.

The dial is the pressure not temp.
and when operating normally should be in the green .

if the dial goes into the red then it is over pressureized and you risk the safety cap blowing.
