Three months after I got my Zen Micro, I tried to turn it on one day. The welcome screen came up and didn't go to music. I have been trying to fix it, but I cannot figure out what is wrong. I have already opened it so I can't send it back. What is wrong with my Zen micro?

As "Cavemanish" as this sounds...after reading many other posts...we fixed ours by removing the battery cover and battery and dropping it on a hard surface from about 6 feet in the air! It works now.

Sounds as thought the software that runs it has been corrupted. Try the Creative website to see if there is a download to fix it. If not I'm afraid its a dead duck.
