chime timing?

How can i make my Waltham Regulaor chime the correct number of times. It is one chime short for each hour.

Move the hour hand to the number on the face that corresponds to the hour strike. The hour hand is held on by friction. If it becomes loose, just push it back (at the base) toward the face and it will tighten.
