Not heating up?

I have a Fellowes Mars A4 laminator which has just decided not to heat up and the light will not go green. Any ideas on whether it can be fixed or should I just buy a new one?

I repair roll laminators for my business. The problem with pouch laminators, its near impossible to buy parts, and if they are available they frequently cost a fortune. With many pouch laminators costing a 1000 bucks or less your probably better off to buy a new one
