i want to change a ceiling light to a fan with lights on?

how do i connect the wires 2reds 2black 2green(EARTHS) THE FAN HAS 1 MARKED FAN 1MARKED LIGHT 1 MARKED NEUTRAL 1MARKED EARTH

We don't have white wires in the UK. Having said that Rocky6 get an electrician before you cause a fire or worse. (BTW in the UK wiring such a device without a Competent Person Certificate may be an offence.)

the fact that you don't mention any white wires is troubling.
there should be a white wire for your neutrals.
the greens are your earths or grounds, and if you have two separate switches then the reds and blacks are one for light and one for fan.
if you don't have any white wires in there get an electrician because god only knows what is in there
