I have a Morphy Richards Steam Cleaner. The red light is lit to indicate it is on, but it will not heat up. I have checked for water and that the steam knob is turned to high. I have contacted Morphy Richards but apparently they do not offer technical advice. I don't want to throw the cleaner out. Can anyone advise, please?
