whats the damage on my beko 620w!!?

Hi thanks for reading this, we got a beko washer just under a year ago and recently have had a problem with thye drum not turning but the led lights flashing, we called out engineer who replaced the brushes, same problem occurred 2 weeks later no movement but flashing lights, so engineer returned and said we need a new PCB which he fitted watched it filling up and left, when he'd drove off machine stood there with water waiting for christmas, no movement we rang them back and he came the next day and said he needed an new motor, but after a week of waiting we called the company and they said they had the motor in stock but were waiting on a PCB, i said you've just fitted one brand new, this was needed i was informed as the PCB and the motor can conflict each other??? when he came last night with the parts at 16:45 he replaced the PCB stood it up watched it fill up and then said right i need to get you the right motor as we have been sent the wrong one, thereb are 2 types for this model, are we been fleeced please help our lass is climbing the walls (with the aid of a mountain of dirty washing)
