Something in the dryer system may be broken - I assume the dryer works by blowing warm air over the clothes as they tumble around.
Perhaps the blower is not blowing - perhaps the heating element that warms the air is broken (open circuit) - perhaps - but I doubt it - the clothes are not being tumbled.
You may do best to call in a specialist engineer.
