water from taps is boiling hot?

The boiler thermostat and the hot water tank thermostat are both working but this morning the water coming out of the taps is boiling hot. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Glow-worm fulesaver F

Are you sure the stats are ok? if you're certain then the zone valve needs to be checked
