My washing machine cannot handle spinning towels it bangs and jumps out of its position. The supension looks ok, could it be something else?

You need to redistribute the load. Towels are heavy when they are soaked, and even if they look evenly distributed when dry, once they soak up water a lot of factors change the weight of a towel. Once the banging starts, open the washer and move things around. This should help.
