In my flat I have Creda RF e408 panel heaters. For each one there is two switches on the wall - one switches on the green eco light, one the red operating light - which gives off more heat. Is the eco switch only for use in sync with the Creda Flash programmer 2s that I have also in my flat. If so - are these very dear to run by just wsitching the red light on as and when heat is needed?
