Hi I have a transonic 42 plasma tv model TC4206PDP so when turn on the tv channel button works fine so does volume.but my av/tv also the menu don't go.when I push them it sounds like it touchies but nothing happens.so I can't watch tv frm my sky decorder or dvd player.I brought universal remote witch don't work to tv.
