Hotpoint Washing Machine WFS 541 has two static warning lights on?

Hotpoint WFS 541 washing machine. Has two red lights (not flashing), permanently on. One light is the Reduced Creases and the other is Extra Rinse. It will not do anything now. Even if I switch it off and back on again the two lights remain on.
