Noisy flueless gas fire?

Brand new flueless Burley G4240 gas fire makes a noise like a hurricane when it has been on for a number of hours. Transco have altered the pressure but to no avail. We expect some noise but this is unacceptable. Retailer and manufacturer ignoring the problem.

I had the same problem and resolved it by having a new pilot light valve fitted by my instalation engineer.

Did you find a fix for your issue? I have the same fire just installed and the same hurricane pilot light.

Turn it off and seek advice from a gassafe registered engineer with experience in these fires. They are potentially very dangerous. A carbon monoxide detector should always be placed as per manufacturers instruction near any gas device.
