C17 Capacitor Failure?

Thanks for all the advice, I have removed the PCB and my C17 capacitor is domed. I live in the Czech Republic and need to order the component online but am having trouble locating one one e-bay. Can you advise where I can buy one and get it sent to me from in the UK please?

Capacitors are cheap and any hobby electronics shop will sell you one.

Some are polarized Plus and minus
All have a voltage rating - same or higher voltage but never lower.

They're measured (rated) in micro-farads - symbol uF

Take the capacitor to the shop - or take the PCB to the shop - show the assistant what you want - pay pennies for the new component - un-solder the old and refit the new.

Amazon sell capacitors - but a local store would be better
