UNPLUG fire turn upside down,put something thin in and see if you can spin the fan blades,if they are free plug fire in and switch on,does the fan rotate? are the elements glowing? is it blocked with dust? theoretically the elements cannot come on without the fan running.If fan is running but the elements are glowing red (which they should not do if sufficient air is flowing)it could be a build up of dust on the blades
