Hi, my washing machine has got stuck on 18 minutes - it just keeps doing the same thing without progressing through the cycle. I have turned it off, cleaned the filter looked up past this to motor?? to see if anything stuck. I have held down the start button then turned power on which allows me to change the program but then it just gets stuck again as soon as it starts the program, the motor seems to be going but not progressing through cycle. The locked door symbol flashes on and off .
Any ideas what may be wrong please??
