Why does my clock stop at 6:35?

I have an oversize wall clock. I have replaced the battery and have made sure it was making good connection with the battery holder. The clock works fine for a few hours and then it stops at
6:35. What can I do to fix this?

This happens when the minute hand goes up the dial, to prove it turn clock upside down to prove there is nothing wrong with the gears, if it still goes wrong as the hand are going up hill so to speak make sure you use Duracell batteries
