18v JCB Cordless drill Battery wont charge?

18v JCB Cordless drill
I have 4 batteries for mine 3 will charge when I press the button but 1 wont do anything weather i press the button or not its as though the charger will not recognise it at all. I have 2 chargers and they both do the same to all batteries. Any help with this please.

The battery that does not charge on either charger - when your other batteries charge OK - is defective - any attempt to repair it will be futile - come to terms with your loss.
