Type "reset admin password windows 7" into Google and you'll find several ways round this.

There are programs which delete the admin password and you can then get into Windows.

Or, if you're not bothered about what's on the hard drive, just insert a Windows CD, format the hard drive and load Windows onto it. Voila!
