The door lock on my door is a gu I took it apart but dont know what i have done the bottom of the mechanism is not operating the top works with handle as it should do,but the bottom half does not operate what have i missed or not fitted properly

MECH IS BROKEN AND NEEDS REPLACING THIS IS A COMMON FAULT TAKE IT TO COMPANY WHO SUPPLIED DOOR OR LOCAL COMPANY SEE IF THEY CAN SUPPLY IF NOT DO A SEARCH ON INTERNET WITH NAME OF MECH YOU WILL NEED SPINDLE TO CAM CENTRE AND DESCRIBE TYPE OF LOCK I.E. HOOKBOLTS SHOOTBOLTS ROLLERS AND YOU WILL HAVE TO GIVE CENTRES OF THESE IF NOT CALL IN COMPANY TO DO OR ARE YOU INSURED?
