Door wouldn't unlock iv managed to get it open with the emergency door release took clothes out no water in but still not spinning no water going in

Louise, try this. Open the door and pour about 2 litres of water in the drum with a jug or pan. Now select a spin program and see if it now pumps out and spins. If it does, chances are it will now all work ok. If it doesn't, then we can fix your module. Tony www.emwelec.co.uk
