My turntable not turning?

The turntable on my Panasonic NN-CT756 will not turn when it has heavier weights on it, such as a Pyrex bowl with water and veg in, though it does 'try' to turn. It's ok with lighter weights, though. Any thoughts on a solution, please?

The wheels on the ring run free, thanks. I'll have to buy a lighter bowl, I suppose!

Presumably there is a ring, running on little rollers or wheens, that supports the turntable. Are the rollers free to turn properly?
