Hello

my Wessex liftboy GB1 garage door has started to bounce when closing just before it gets to fully closed - causing it to come disconnected from the worm gear - I can watch as the wheel on the one side bounces as it closes followed by the door mechanism disconnecting from the worm gear but cannot for the life of me figure out why it is happening.
