How can i fix my problem?

wash cycle is only cold no hot water heating up thereby not cleaning properly

They have a heating element to heat the water - good chance that your heating element is defective.

You fix it by replacing the heating element or by having a service engineer call to do it for you.

There are very probably videos on youTube that show how but I haven't looked.
