My Kenmore 60 Series HD washer is very slow to fill. It takes 25 minutes for the tub to fill. I'm thinking that I need to replace the selenoid assembly where the hot/cold input water hoses attach. Am I right? There's a metal tag on the rim which can be plainly seen when the lid is open. The larger print number is 81361840, possibly the model number.

Try shutting off the water valve and unscrew the hose. You probably have sediment and stuff blocking the filter screen.
