how can i reboot my evolution a750 as i lost all sat channels?

ive returned off holiday turned my evolution a750 on but cant get my sat/channels back on. tv ok i have turned all electric off and back on gone to network id put in manchester 58 as it was but it will not pick any thing up CAN YOU HELP many thanks
