How to remove the handle on a Kenmore Intuition vacuum model 116.31040900?

How do i remove the handle on my vacuum cleaner so I can replace a broken hose holder. I have removed the all the screws I can see but the handle must come of so I can slide the holder brackets down on the handle shaft. Any special tricks or advice to do this? My vacuum is a kenmore 11631040900.

I solved my own problem. I used a then bladed screwdriver to pry the front lpart of the handle apart after removing all the screws. There is one clip above the on/off switch and another a little below it. Hope no one else has the same problem but if you do it isn't too difficult. I was just worried about prying and breaking some plastic tabs but came apart quite easily.
