How to repair the turning on old Panasonic genius II 1980?

This old horse still works great. Except turning does not rotate. It looks like it wants to move..... Moves slightly. What can I do?

I have the same problem and posted here looking for a solution.
Since, I came across a company called "e spares" They have an excellent video on how to replace the turn table motor. Worth a look.
