Put on to final spin & press start. If you can hear a humming sound from lower down then pump is blocked & trying to turn. Turn power off at wall, empty as much water as possible by hand using a small jug. Tip machine as far back as possible against a wall. Look under & locate pump at front right of plastic bowl. Try turning it by hand & see if it comes free. If it does stand machine up & put on final spin and press star to see if pump now runs. If it doesn't then you will have to take pump out of machine & clear the obstruction.
