My ferroli boiler is flashing 26 no hot water and no heating had gas man to it today and he replaced the sensor but still not working I had to wait over a week to get someone out can't wait that long again how do I get it working?

You could do what I did and do a Google search. You say a Ferroli boiler but didn't bother to tell us the model, so this is a bit of a guess.
