when holding the 7 down on the remote and pressing the up volume on tv, ensure that you have unplugged the actuall tv for quite a while otherwise this wont work!!!!!

Just enter any code until it says "Protected" on screen, then press 'Volume Down' on the [T.V.], while pressing '7' on the [Remote Control].
