when I first turn it on in morning I have audio and info banner but no picture fore a while . After the picture finley comes on I have on more problem the rest of the day.

There will be a cold problem - something inside - an electronic component - does not work properly until it gets to be above a certain temperature. Very probably in the circuitry that deals with developing the incoming signal.

A service engineer might use circuit schematics and test equipment to discover the fault - another approach might be to use freezer spray to cool selected areas to try to bring the fault back.
