My 320 does not accept commands from the remote. It does turn on and will eject , turn on and off from on board, but will not play dvds. Will not accept any other commands. The remote battery is good. I was an electronics tech for 43 years but I have no diagram. Thanks

Throw it away, buy another recorder from anyone else but Cyberhome (aka TruTech).
