My Prosound DVD player gives me a "no disc" sign, and there is a disc in it. I tried with several discs, but can't fix it. Is it worthwhile repairing this?

i do not know how to fix it. I bought two last year from walmart, and they have not worked right from the start. I tried to take them back and walmart said we don't carry them any more. i need to find a customer number to call for help, do you have one?
