AND --- Any error code showing or any lights flashing. If so, which lights and how many flashes. Count the flashes between any pause i.e. 4 flashes pause 4 flashes pause etc. You need to give as much info as possible when asking for help. We can't see or hear what is happening or not happening. You need to tell us. If you can't help yourself then we sadly can't help you.
