Put the shower on and instead of water coming out of the shower head it is coming out of the base. Have taken cover off and checked the hose and shower head. The shower was installed by Mobility plus in May 2014, would I need to get a plumber in and purchase another one.

Redring showers have a pressure relief device that will be discharging, it will need replacing but as a rule they don't go unless there's a blockage
