Tvonics Dtr hv250 , when switching box on picture in box says the hard drive is unformatted, tried turning g off at mains a few times no joy, tried formatting disc no joy, comes up formatting of hard disc failed, playback and recording will not be possible, keep trying what it asks but no joy.
