How do I get to the tap base on a Robinhood---?

Supertub ( Model 1400F). I can't see a way to remove the shroud the taps are fixed to and I can't reach the water fittings from underneath.
The reason I want to get it apart is the cold water tap is very tight to open and close.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

They unscrew from the top. The tap body screws out. I think some have a locking nut to loosen first.
