I have water leaking over the floor but not sure where its coming from .definatley not the water in pipeb
or the drain pipe .so i dismantled the clips (white ones)at the black hose and the water hose exit pipe nothing blocked there at all . reassenmbled this. On reading some of your replies, should i have undone the clip on the black hose at the other end near the drum ? I checked with my fingers inside and there doesnt seem to be anything inside the black rubber hose? Suggestions please. Thankyou

Have a look at the rubber seal where the door closes. Has it got pulled out from under its retaining clip? Happened to me with our washing machine when grandson insisted on looking inside the drum and slid ouit o fthe mahine afterwards.

You should be able to find a you tube video or two about fitting a washing machine door seal
