Ford 7740 SLE,16x16 transmission?

When driving tractor for about an hour it kicks in to neutral, error code E22 comes up, i shut off ignition and wait for few minutes, restart and it drives for a few moments then stops again. i have checked PWM solenoid for resistance which it has 2.4. any ideas what else i can check?
