How can i fix the flame effect on my Dimplex, Stockbridge fan heater?

The rotisserie motor doesn't work.

I have worked on many dimplex fires but have not had the pleasure of working on a Stockbridge. The way I would check it is to see if the motor is humming,if so then it needs replacing
