hotpoint the dispenser outlet pipe seems to be blocked. ?

Hotpoint Aquarius extra WMA 36,1300 spin.

when starting programm water runs into the dispenser (where washing powder is) and out of the drawer ! the outlet pipe seems to be blocked. Any ideas ??
