message to service manager in Uk;
i had problems with flickering like many others. After dismantling the head the plastic bracket ( due to heat)proved to be broken and now I cannot mount the plastic cover anymore as the plate that sits around the fitting misses the bracket. does anyone have these brackets available rather than buying the whole Head?!!

You wont reach the service manager of Tizio through this webaite, or anyone wlae at Tizio for that matter.

If you want to contact the maker use a bit of intelligence and search dor their website which should give you contact details.

Make sure that, rather than the garble above, you frame your question clearly and succinctly, giving exact modwl numbers, so the guy - who has abaolutely no pre-knowledge - can understand what you are talking about
